    蘑菇糙米饭

    不便宜的zilvervliesrijst买了好久都懒得做

    原因是第一次做了之后超级难吃

    就再也懒得碰了 

    无意中看到一个“蘑菇糙米饭”

    简化加改良了一下

    果然方便又好吃 :)

    就是把糙米先浸泡约2小时(因为怕煮不熟,但是省略貌似也是可以的)

    按照2:3的米和水比例在火上煮开后焖30-40分钟

    鸡肉和蘑菇切片用酱油和盐糖炒好

    再倒入糙米饭和在一起调味即可~

    我煮的份量足够吃2天的了,哈哈
